The terminal block RS 35 mm2 is made as a starting terminal with a 35 mm2 input and a 35 mm2 output (RS 35/1-4).
The terminal block RS 35 mm2 is made as a two-pole, which has a mechanism for attaching to a DIN 35 mm line, and a single-pole without a mechanism. Both have profiled dovetail housings, allowing the formation of 2-pole, 3-pole, 4-pole, 5-pole and more terminals as required.
It is constructively designed so that the poles do not fall out even when greater force is used to tighten the contacts.
The housing of the regular current clamp RS 35 mm2 is made of high-quality imported plastics, which have insulating properties as well as resistance to heating above the characteristics of materials used so far (110°C without deformation), and also self-extinguishing, category Vo (according to standard IEC 707: 1981).
The transfer plate is made of Cu profile 2 x 20 mm, galvanically protected, with two openings Ø 8 mm
Contacts are made using cable lugs on both sides, for cable cross-sections up to 35 mm2, and clamping is done using an M 8 nut via a flat and elastic pad.
The screws on the clamp contacts are according to JUS MB1.051 Zn M 8 x 20, molded into the housing.
Support pads and spring support pads are also galvanized.
A galvanically protected mechanism is installed on the lower part of the terminal, which fastens the terminal to the standard DIN 35 mm line.
