TERMINAL BLOCK FROM RS 50/10 TO RS 240/16 mm²

Tehničke karakteristike

• RS 50 -240 mm² terminal block, made as a single-pole, with a built-in mechanism for attaching to a DIN line. 35 – the mechanism is twofold and allows a reliable connection with the line, and is unlocked with a screwdriver.
• The RS 50 – 240 terminal block housing is made of premium imported plastic “NORIL” – SEO. (General – Electric; Netherlands). This plastic mass has better insulation and thermal properties than previously used materials (110°C without deformation). These properties allow it to be used in difficult working conditions, such as: increased temperature, constant maximum loads (as well as overloads) and work in polluted environments.
• The protective cover is made of two parts, it completely covers the cable lug and protects it from being touched by hand. The cover is made of transparent plastic “LEXAN”. The transparency of the cover allows timely detection of possible burning due to a bad connection.
• Transfer plates, made of copper, have different thicknesses for each dimension of the terminal. They are galvanically protected.
• The screws are made in YUS quality. MB. 1. 053/88:

  – nut YUS. MB. 1. 601-8;
  – YUS elastic washer. MB. 2. 110;
  – flat washer YUS. MB. 2. 011.
  - all galvanically protected.

• The method of tightening the cable lug with dimensions RS 50/10; RS 70/10 and RS 95/10 is standard. Size code RS 120/12; RS 150/12; RS 185/16; The RS 240/16 clamping method is shown in the drawing on the back of the booklet, which requires special attention.

USAGE

• The terminal is intended for installation in all equipment without any restrictions according to the declared cross-section of the conductor.
