The regular current clamp RSO 16/20 A is characterized by the fact that it has a built-in cylindrical fuse of standard dimensions (fi 5 x 20) in its housing.
The clamping capacity of the terminal is max. 16 mm2.
The construction of the terminal and the fuse housing allows a maximum load of up to 20 A
The terminal housing is made of imported plastics (Noryl SE0) of self-extinguishing category Vo and is ecologically correct (halogen free) according to all European and world standards.
Transfer contacts are made of brass line and are galvanically protected.
Clamping on both sides is done with 2 screws (JUS 111) M 5 x 9 and they are galvanically protected.
This terminal is made as two types:
RSO 16/20A-D with fuse and built-in LED, which indicates blown fuse (lights up when the circuit on the cartridge is interrupted fuse).
RSO 16/20A, with fuse and without diode as an indicator.
USAGE
Row Terminal RSO-16/20A(D) can primarily be used as an input power terminal on machines and various types of equipment (of course, in accordance with its load capabilities), where additional installation of fuses is avoided. This achieves the optimization of the space in the cabinet and cost reduction.
Practically, the application of this terminal has no restrictions other than the current load.
